This combination lends the wine extra fragrance and helps soften Sangiovese's angular nature. The Vino Noble is organically farmed, fermenting in concrete and spending two years in large casks before bottling. The 2021 Vino Nobile sultry and alluring with dark red fruit, violets, and just a hint of smoke on the nose.
