Gérard Courrèges continues to prioritize rigorous manual stewardship, utilizing a combination of demi-muids and concrete eggs to achieve precise, non-interventionist élevage. The 2022 vintage was marked by significant heat and drought, which necessitated careful canopy management to maintain physiological balance and avoid excessive accumulation of sugars.
