Saturday Tasting Series: 2–5 PM 🍷

Stop by Manhattan Wine Company this Saturday for a free pour of two producers we absolutely love.

The Details:

Due del Monte, 2022 Collio Sauvignon, Friuli-Venezia Giulia (Italy)
Located in the steep, terraced hills of the Collio Goriziano, Due del Monte produces small-production whites that emphasize the region’s unique geology. This Sauvignon is grown in ponca—a complex flysch of marl and sandstone—which results in a wine defined by structural depth rather than tropical aromatics. It offers a sophisticated palate of citrus zest and tomato leaf, underpinned by a stony, flinty minerality. The texture is lean yet persistent, providing a focused and technically precise expression of the variety in Friuli.
9 btls @ $40.00/btl ($36.00 with case discount)

Corte Sant'Alda, 2023 Valpolicella, "Ca' Fiui", Veneto (Italy)

Marinella Camerani has long been a pioneer of biodynamics in the eastern hills of Valpolicella. Her "Ca' Fiui" bottling is a transparent expression of the Mezzane valley, rooted in limestone and marl soils. Fermented in truncated oak vats and aged in large, neutral Slavonian botti, the wine avoids the heavy extraction often found in the region. It presents a vibrant profile of wild red cherry and cracked black pepper, balanced by a bright, alpine acidity and a distinct saline mineral finish.
12+ btls @ $29.00/btl
