2016 Chateau Angludet, Margaux

This 2016 drinking very well right now, and is mostly Cabernet, with the remainder Merlot and a bit of incredibly hard-fought Petit Verdot for texture and body. A very poised and alluring sweet leather aroma beckons from the glass, with fresh lively plum and berries behind it. The palate is clean, bright, characterful, with density and energy. It's in a great place, but this can age should you wish. Angludet is managed by the same family that owns the legendary Chateau Palmer.
