One of our favorite, finesse-driven Provençal rosés from a tiny seaside village called Cassis just east of Marseille. It’s made from organically farmed grapes (45% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 20% Mourvèdre) by the best of ten growers in Cassis. It’s taut and mineral due to limestone soils, fresh, slightly saline and so refreshing.
