Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

You must be 21 or older to order wine or spirits. By placing your order, you claim you are older than 21 years of age. All shipments of alcoholic beverages require an adult signature upon delivery, therefore we cannot ship to P.O.Boxes. 

Manhattan Deliveries

Free delivery throughout all of Manhattan with a minimum order of $200. For orders below the minimum, please contact us for an accurate local delivery price which may vary based on the size of the order to be delivered and its destination. Domestic Shipments of Wine Only

FedEx rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. The customer contracts with the carrier who Manhattan Wine Company will engage on behalf of the customer. We require all common carrier shipments to be insured at 1.0% of the invoiced amount. In the case of shipments outside of New York State, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations or tax requirements rests with the customer. We will contact you after your order is placed online to confirm the specifics of your shipment’s timing.

Domestic Shipments of Spirits

We only ship orders containing spirits to destinations within New York State.

Extreme Weather Conditions

Manhattan Wine Company will not ship your wine when it is too hot or too cold. We will gladly store your wine free of charge in our temperature controlled conditions until it is safe to ship. If you are shipping to the West Coast, we recommend shipping on a Monday to avoid any chance of the wine sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Anyone requiring shipping in extreme weather will be required to sign a shipping waiver.
