Join us for The Diversity of White Wines of Italy, an educational tasting experience designed to deepen your appreciation for this captivating category of wine.
During this class, we will explore how terroir, elevation, and unique soil types—like the crumbly ponca marl of Friuli or the glacial soils of Alto Piemonte—influence the final wine in your glass.
Kimberly Cavoores, Wine and Experience Director of Manhattan Wine Company, will guide you through a curated flight of world-class Italian whites, highlighting the stark contrasts between regions.
