Sourced from the dramatic alpine slopes of Alto Adige, Cantina Terlan’s Pinot Bianco is alpine at its finest. Crisp, elegant, and aromatically vibrant, it opens with notes of crunchy green apple, white peach, and delicate spring blossoms. On the palate, a touch of lees-aging provides a lovely, rounded texture that is effortlessly balanced by saline minerality and laser-focused acidity.

Ignaz Niedrist is one of Alto Adige’s most revered boutique producers, celebrated for crafting transparent, terroir-driven wines with minimal intervention. Made from the native Schiava (Vernatsch) grape grown near the shores of Lake Caldaro (Kalterersee), this Classico Superiore is an absolute treat for fans of lighter-bodied, expressive reds. Pale ruby in the glass, it radiates fresh aromas of wild alpine strawberries, red cherries, crushed violets, and a signature touch of bitter almond. Bright, silky, and thirst-quenching, it finishes with incredible lift—fantastic served with a slight chill alongside speck, charcuterie, poultry, or roasted mushrooms.
