Domaine Aux Moines is a historic estate located in the Savennières appellation, where vineyards have been cultivated since the 12th century. Purchased by the Laroche family in 1981, the property is now managed by Tessa Laroche, who utilizes organic and biodynamic farming across 12 hectares. This wine is made from 45-year-old vines planted in soils of volcanic rock, schist, and sandstone, which help define the character of the Chenin Blanc. The resulting wine offers a dense profile of ripe orchard fruits, honey, and almond, balanced by a saline minerality and a supple, textured mouthfeel.
