This east and southeast-facing site benefits from significant diurnal temperature swings and cooling breezes from San Pablo Bay, fostering physiological ripeness while preserving inherent acidity. Winemaking includes precise optical sorting of hand-harvested fruit, cold maceration, and a two-year aging regimen in 100% new French oak, bottled without fining or filtration to articulate the site's unique characteristics.
