Domaine Huet is a foundational producer in the Vouvray appellation of the Loire Valley, established in 1928 and recognized as an early leader in biodynamic farming. This wine is made from Chenin Blanc grown in the historic Clos du Bourg, a walled six-hectare vineyard defined by shallow, stony clay soils resting directly atop tuffeau limestone. In the glass, it shows a dense, textured profile with focused flavors of ripe quince, pear, and honeycomb, balanced by a distinct saline-mineral tension.
