2019 Marie Courtin, Champagne, Blanc de Noirs, Efflorescence Extra Brut

Dominique Moreau farms her vines in the village of Polisot in the Côte des Bar, the southernmost reach of Champagne. The fruit for Efflorescence comes from the bottom of a slope, a site she notes as possessing “greater power and potential.”
