This wine is made from Chenin Blanc sourced from estate parcels and select organic neighbors in the Anjou region, where the vines are managed with organic practices. In the glass, it shows a rich, creamy texture with concentrated notes of lime zest, green apple, and a hint of honey. The 2020 vintage provided the foundation for this release, which is composed of 75% fruit from that year blended with 25% from the subsequent harvest to ensure balance.
