Mark Angeli leads the Ferme de la Sansonnière estate in Thouarcé, Anjou, where he has pioneered biodynamic farming and regenerative agriculture since taking over the property in 1989. This wine is made from Chenin Blanc grown in the Blanderies vineyard, which features vines planted in 1949 rooted in clay and schist soils.
