Clos Cibonne, a certified organic estate, champions the indigenous Tibouren grape, which constitutes 90% of its Cuvée Spéciale des Vignettes. This 15-hectare coastal vineyard, situated 800 meters from the sea in a natural amphitheater, benefits from constant air circulation and cooling marine influences vital for Tibouren's thin skins. Sourced from the estate’s oldest, goblet-trained vines over 60 years old, the wine undergoes direct pressing and stainless steel fermentation before a distinguishing year of élevage under *fleurette* in 120-year-old, 5,000-liter foudres. The 2021 vintage in Côtes de Provence, marked by a cool, wet spring followed by regular sunshine and concentrated juice, preserved the wine’s inherent freshness and acidity.
