Domaine Eden is a Santa Cruz Mountains estate founded in 1983 by Tom Mudd and subsequently acquired and farmed by the historic Mount Eden Vineyards team. Made from a blend of four mid-mountain vineyard sites rooted in rocky, well-draining soils, the wine is composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon alongside traditional Bordeaux varieties. In the glass, it unfurls with cooling mint, black raspberry, juniper, leather, and dark chocolate, presenting a soft-textured, broad, and caressing mouthfeel. The 2021 growing season yields a wine defined by striking juice freshness and deep structural layers that currently place it in its early infancy.
