Serena Coccia leads this high-altitude estate in the prestigious Castellinuzza sub-zone of Greve, where she employs organic farming to highlight the pure, structural transparency of Sangiovese. Perched between 450 and 600 meters on steep terraces of galestro and sandstone, these vineyards produce a wine defined by mineral tension and high-toned aromatics. The winemaking is resolutely classic, utilizing concrete tanks and large, neutral Slavonian oak casks to preserve the site’s natural finesse. In the 2021 vintage, a dry growing season with cool nights resulted in a dense mid-palate balanced by a vibrant, crystalline acidity. This is an "architectural" Chianti Classico, featuring fine-grained tannins and a lean, vertical energy that perfectly captures the cool, elevated terroir of Greve.
