Bérêche et Fils is a multi-generational estate that has been producing wine in the Champagne region since 1847, currently managed by brothers Vincent and Raphaël Bérêche. This rosé is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in the sandy, light soils of the village of Ormes, a single terroir located in the Petite Montagne de Reims. The wine exhibits a textural, full-bodied profile defined by ripe red berry fruit, a subtle chalky extract, and a pillowy mousse. The 2022 vintage was marked by warm, dry conditions, which provide this bottling with a notable density and depth on the palate. With its balanced acidity and long, saline finish, this wine is ready to enjoy now but possesses the structure to evolve further in the cellar.
