Saint-Bris is the only appellation for Sauvignon Blanc in Burgundy. Clement is a thoughtful grower who makes wines with minimal intervention. A versatile S.B. that can go from cocktail hour to the table. Great Sancerre alternative, with a balanced texture/mouthfeel.
