2022 Djuce, Meinklang, Knusprig White Wine Can

This collaboration pairs the Swedish canned-wine project Djuce with Meinklang, the biodynamic estate in Burgenland known for its vibrant, low-intervention wines. The fruit comes from vineyards near Lake Neusiedl, where warm days and cool winds help maintain freshness.

Knusprig (“crisp” in German) is built around aromatic white varieties typical of the region, fermented naturally and bottled with minimal handling. The style is bright and refreshing—green apple, citrus, and a light herbal note—made to be chilled and opened anywhere a full bottle might feel like too much.
