The Saint-Véran 'Au Bois de Fée' hails from the appellation's Jurassic clay-limestone soils, positioned on slopes at 200-350m with an east-southeast exposure, a terroir dictating the wine's foundational mineral structure. The 2022 growing season, marked by mild conditions and healthy grape development, delivered good physiological ripeness. This vintage, combined with Christophe's precise winemaking and extended élevage, yields a Chardonnay with a tender, fleshy palate, exhibiting a strong texture and a balanced, rounded structural profile.
