G.D. Vajra is a family-run estate located in the village of Barolo, where Aldo Vajra established the winery in the 1960s and became a pioneer of organic farming in the region. This wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo sourced from high-elevation vineyards, ranging from 380 to 480 meters, which provides a unique expression of the local terroir. In the glass, it displays a medium ruby color with aromatic notes of blackcurrant, cherry, and dried rose petals, structured by fine, silky tannins.
