This single-vineyard Riserva comes from vines planted in 1972 on steep slopes featuring limestone-rich clay soils with high concentrations of calcium carbonate. The wine ferments in concrete tanks, yielding a concentrated structure defined by chalky minerality, fresh yellow peach, and a characteristic bitter almond finish.
