Vincent Cuillier manages his eponymous label from the Massif de Saint-Thierry in the northern reaches of the Montagne de Reims, where he has applied regenerative farming and agroforestry to his family’s historic vineyards since 2015. This wine is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay sourced from the single parcel of Le Mont Agé, a site characterized by sandy soils over limestone. In the glass, it reveals a rich, textured profile with focused notes of stone fruit, citrus, and a distinct mineral salinity. The 2022 vintage provided the concentration and depth necessary to create a wine of significant presence and structural balance.
