The Dürrbach family’s legendary Domaine de Trévallon is defined by a deep commitment to organic farming on the north-facing, limestone slopes of the Alpilles. This rare white blend—primarily Marsanne and Roussanne with Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, and Clairette—is crafted with a "hands-off" philosophy, using wild yeasts and aging in barrel for a full year to build incredible texture.
