Domaine du Héron is a 28-hectare estate located just 20 kilometers from Nantes in the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation, where owner Philippe Nevoux maintains a commitment to traditional winemaking and certified organic farming practices. This wine is made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes harvested from vines aged 50 years or older that are rooted in deep mica schist soils. In the glass, it presents a structured profile with notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, and a distinct savory, saline quality that carries through to a long finish.
