Located in the heart of the Verzé valley, the parcels are defined by shallow clay-limestone soils over bedrock, which impart a distinct mineral tension to the Chardonnay. For the 2023 vintage, the vinification process—utilizing a combination of stainless steel, concrete, and minimal new oak—was calibrated to harness the inherent freshness of the season.
