Domaine Nicolas Gaudry is a sixth-generation producer in Tracy-sur-Loire that practices minimal-intervention winemaking. The 2023 Pouilly-Fumé shows citrus, orchard fruit, and sparks of minerality from soils of flint clay, Kimmeridgian marl and limestone. The wine's structure comes from low yields and careful harvest timing. Pair with oysters, goat cheese, or white fish.
