Luc's farming is impeccable – all rooted in biodynamic principles. His AC Sancerre is done in stainless steel and is made from grapes in three terroirs he farms: Caillottes (little stones), Terres Blanches (Kimmeridgian marl with fossilized oyster shells – chalky white soils) and Silex (flint). It’s a blended wine from these terroirs, with enough texture and intrigue to keep you coming back with no influence of oak – clean and refreshing.
