2023 Monastero Suore Cistercensi, Coenobium Bianco, IGT

A blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, Verdicchio and Grechetto all co-fermented and aged on its fine lees in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks. Notes of melon, green apple, and wildflower honey, with a kiss of mint on the finish. The wine is bottled without fining or filtering. Exceptionally versatile given its balance of body and acidity.
