Domaine Testut is anchored in the heart of Chablis, managed by Cyril Testut who took over the family estate originally established by his father in 1967. Sourced from the Grand Cru Grenouille parcel, the vines are rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in fossilized oyster shells. The wine exhibits a pale gold color with emerald highlights, revealing notes of menthol and licorice underpinned by a characteristic iodine minerality. Shaped by the temperate conditions of the 2023 growing season, the structure maintains clear vertical focus and phenolic weight.
