This wine is made from Viognier vines rooted in the dark, migmatite-rich soils of the Côte Châtillon lieu-dit, a mid-slope site known for producing wines with distinct mineral drive. In the glass, it shows a textural, viscous weight balanced by notes of white peach, apricot, and a distinct crushed-rock salinity.
