Azienda Agricola Monte Maletto is managed by Gian Marco Viano, a producer who has dedicated his career to restoring historically significant, terraced vineyards near the border of the Aosta Valley. This wine is made from Erbaluce, a native grape variety grown in sandy, mineral-rich soils defined by glacial serpentine and gneiss stones. In the glass, it presents focused notes of citrus peel, crushed stone, and wild herbs, supported by a taut, energetic texture and a long, saline finish.
