Brothers Clément and Florian Berthier represent the fifth generation of their family to manage vineyards in the Loire Valley, where they prioritize organic farming across their estate, certified since 2022. Situated on the Loire's north bank, their parcels are rooted in the appellation's distinct silex, limestone, and marl soils, which impart varied mineral expressions to the wine. There is remarkable tension and pronounced freshness, and extended lees aging further refines the wine. On the leaner side of Sauvignon blanc, all done in stainless steel.
