Domaine Dujac is a benchmark estate in Morey-Saint-Denis, founded in 1967 by Jacques Seysses and currently managed by his family using rigorous organic and biodynamic farming methods. Made from Pinot Noir, this village-level wine is sourced from limestone-rich clay soils across distinct local parcels that yield low quantities of deeply expressive fruit. In the glass, it opens with perfumed aromas of fresh wild strawberries, red raspberries, and violet blossoms, delivering a medium-bodied, silky texture balanced by a fine, elegant structure. Yielding to the high-pressure rain events of the growing season, the estate relied on intensive organic treatments and a high proportion of whole-cluster fermentation to build an unusually powerful, focused profile. This bottle offers impressive structural depth for the vintage and requires proper cellaring time to fully open.
