Domaine Dujac, founded by Jacques Seysses in 1967 and managed today by the second generation, farms its holdings in Morey-Saint-Denis with certified organic methods. Made from Pinot Noir, this wine originates from a small parcel situated on a gentle slope with thin, stony soils over Comblanchien and crinoidal limestone. In the glass, the aromatics feature Marasca cherries and lusciously ripe red plums, accompanied by a vividly fresh mid-palate and refined tannins that offer a gentle touch.
