2025 Domaine Tempier, Bandol Blanc

Domaine Tempier is a historic estate located in the Bandol appellation, managed by the Peyraud family since 1940 and long recognized for its pioneering efforts to establish the region's quality standards. These vines, which average 25 to 30 years old, are planted on clay-limestone soils in cooler vineyard parcels and are made from a blend of Clairette, Ugni Blanc, Bourboulenc, and Marsanne. The wine offers bright aromas of white peach, lime blossom, and sea spray, resulting in a fresh, layered texture on the palate with a distinctively saline finish. The 2024 vintage maintained a reliable balance of ripeness and acidity, preserving the vibrant character typical of these coastal sites.
