2024 Edouard Vocoret, Chablis, Les Pargues

Eleni and Edouard Vocoret established their domaine in Chablis in 2012, drawing on Edouard’s family heritage to cultivate a project defined by hands-on, organic farming. This wine is grown in the Les Pargues lieu-dit, a site characterized by its thin clay soils over Kimmeridgian limestone. In the glass, it shows bright notes of green apple, lemon zest, and a distinct, saline minerality that highlights its cool-climate origin. The 2024 vintage provided the necessary tension and precision to maintain a vibrant, structured profile throughout the palate.
