Envínate, a collective formed by four friends who met studying oenology, produces this "village" wine in the steep, terraced vineyards of Ribeira Sacra. It is made from a blend of 90–95% Mencía and various native co-planted varieties, sourced from diverse plots with vines averaging 60 years of age planted in slate-rich soils. In the glass, this red shows a bright, light-bodied profile defined by aromas of fresh red currants, violets, and crushed slate, with a refreshing, mineral-driven finish. The 2024 vintage preserves the region's signature Atlantic tension, resulting in a wine that is precise and expressive of its rugged, high-altitude terrain. Balanced and lively, this is a ready-to-enjoy bottle that serves as an excellent entry point into the unique character of Ribeira Sacra.
