Envinate was founded by four friends who met while studying oenology, and they now focus on expressing the unique character of ancient, Atlantic-influenced parcels in Tenerife. This wine is made from Listán Blanco grown on centenarian, ungrafted vines in the Las Molinas parcel, where the plants are trained using the traditional cordón trenzado method on shallow volcanic soil. In the glass, it reveals a stony minerality, bright saline notes, and a focused, linear texture that feels both taut and precise. The 2024 vintage provided balanced growing conditions, resulting in healthy yields and a wine that maintains high-toned energy and clarity.
