Envínate is a collaborative project founded by four friends who met while studying enology, focused on identifying and working with historic vineyards across the Canary Islands. The Taganan Blanco is made from a field blend of indigenous varieties, including Listan Blanco, Malvasía, and Marmajuelo, sourced from untrellised, century-old vines planted in steep, volcanic soils along the northeastern coast of Tenerife. On the palate, this wine offers intense notes of quince, white flowers, and a distinct, saline minerality that reflects its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. The 2024 vintage provided the steady climate necessary to maintain the vibrant, crisp acidity that defines the structure of this bottling.
