Flam Winery, established in 1998 by the Flam family, operates in the Judean Hills with a deep commitment to the region’s viticultural potential, rooted in patriarch Yisrael Flam’s decades of industry experience. This wine is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Syrah, sourced from high-elevation sites like the Even Sapir and Givat Yeshayahu vineyards. In the glass, it displays fresh red fruit notes alongside hints of spice and delicate barrel-derived roasting aromas, maintaining a well-balanced, medium-bodied structure. The 2024 vintage was shaped by an early summer that necessitated meticulous vineyard monitoring, resulting in optimal ripeness and a refined acidity that defines the wine's fresh profile.
