Elisabetta Fagiuoli is the inimitable force behind the Montenidoli property in San Gimignano, a picturesque medieval town about an hour outside Florence. This 100% Canaiuolo rosé is an especially alluring wine from this icon of the Tuscan wine scene. Farmed organically and hand-harvested, this tiny production rosé (only 1000 cases for the whole world!) is made entirely in stainless steel and is one of our favorites year after year. A rainy spring and hot summer give the 2024 vintage heightened floral aromatics. We also love watching it age and improve over the years following its release. Soft and supremely elegant, you’d be hard pressed to find a wine lover of any stripe who does not fall for this wine.
