2024 Thierry Pillot, Meursault, Les Narvaux

The Thierry Pillot négoce label is run by Thierry Pillot, who also runs Domaine Paul Pillot, a Chassagne-Montrachet family estate founded in 1900. Les Narvaux sits at 340 meters on the highest vineyards of Meursault, where thin limestone lies under sparse topsoil, and it faces east-south-east. The 2024 vintage in Burgundy was small and wet, and critics rated the whites above the reds, describing the Chardonnays as having energy and mineral clarity. It is a high-site Meursault, aged on its lees with minimal new oak.
