Wasenhaus is a Baden-based producer founded by Christoph Wolber and Alexander Götze, who returned to Germany after gaining extensive experience at esteemed biodynamic estates in Burgundy. This wine is made from plots in the Markgräflerland, where the vines are predominantly over 40 years old and rooted in limestone soils. In the glass, it presents with a mineral core, bright red berry fruit, and herbal notes supported by a silky, refined texture.
