Domaine du Bagnol is a seven-hectare estate located in the seaside village of Cassis, where the Genovesi family has managed the property since the early 1990s and has operated under organic viticulture certification since 2014. The vineyards are situated on clay and limestone soils at the foot of the Cap Canaille cliff and are made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre. In the glass, the wine shows notes of red currant, wild strawberry, and a distinct saline quality that reflects the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea.
