Domaine Fontchêne is situated in the small, limestone-rich appellation of Les Baux-de-Provence, where winemaker René Milan has managed the family estate since 2013 using biodynamic farming practices. This rosé is made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre, grown in clay-loam soils peppered with galets roulés that reflect sunlight onto the vines. In the glass, it shows a pale, salmon-hued color with grounded notes of fresh raspberry, wild herbs, and citrus zest, offering a crisp, textured mouthfeel.
