2025 Hofgut Falkenstein, Mosel, Krettnacher Euchariusberg Riesling Kabinett AP-12

Hofgut Falkenstein is located in the Saar sub-region of the Mosel, where Erich and Johannes Weber farm their estate with deep generational dedication. The vines grow in steep plots rooted in ancient gray slate soils. Whole-bunch pressed fruit undergoes spontaneous fermentation in traditional Fuder casks located in a cool, damp cellar. The 2025 growing season yielded a balanced profile of bright acidity and low alcohol. This bottling is ready to enjoy tonight for its lively structure and exceptional value.
