The grapes are harvested from old vines planted in slate-dominant soils characteristic of the local steep slopes. Made as a dry Prädikatswein, the 2025 vintage bottling from the single Fuder known as Lorenz Manni delivers notes of lychee, yellow fruits, herbs, and a chalky, precise structure.
