The Paltrinieri family has operated their estate in the heart of Sorbara since 1926, and today, fourth-generation winemaker Alberto Paltrinieri manages the property with a focus on regional integrity. This wine is made from 100% Lambrusco Salamino, a variety chosen for its deeper color and fruit-forward profile, sourced from vineyards that benefit from the loose, alluvial soils situated between the Secchia and Panaro rivers. In the glass, it displays a deep ruby-to-purple hue and offers intense, grounded aromas of black cherry and wild berries with a refreshing, semi-sparkling texture on the palate. The 2025 vintage maintains the producer’s hallmark balance, providing enough structural acidity to keep the fruit character lively and precise.
